Designer Profile – Diane Bergeron

Today I am featuring an inspiration of mine,
Australian Interior Designer Diane Bergeron
Known for her bright Hamptons style, mixing colour, different fabrics
and patterns with objects from different era’s combine to create unique and classic designs.
I love her, at times, quite bold colour choice,
quite gutsy moves that pay off with fantastic results.
I am a pattern freak so I love the way she uses different patterns
in her interiors for visual impact, yet the spaces aren’t overwhelmed by the patterns
rather they add interest, or in the case of a rug, help ground the room and tie everything together.

She is featured in many a House and Garden, Vogue Living,
Architectural Digest, Inside Out, Home Beautiful and Real Living magazines.
Loving her fusion of totally different styles.
She sometimes uses Madeline Weinrib
rugs in her interiors, and they make a real impact.
Imagine this room without the
Madeline Weinrib Orange Brooke Rug

Or this one without the
Black and White Endless Rug,
it brings the whole scheme together.

You can get one for yourself

 through her design firm.
